The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

Please note: We only offer digital products. Therefore, no shipping costs apply.

For customers who are entrepreneurs, depending on the type of product, especially if personalization is involved, the processing time may take up to 5 business days. Once the product is personalized, the selected promotion will either go live on the Xperience App, be added to our blog or will be sent via our Newsletter.

For Premium Account customers, the order will be checked and the account will be upgraded to a Premium Account on the Xperience App within 48 hours.
