Request to Join
You see an Xperience that you like, but unfortunately it’s already full? From now on, that’s no longer a problem, because with the new “requests to join” -feature you can inform the organizer that you would love to be there as well. Then, all you have to do is wait for your request to be accepted!
How does it work?
Just open an Xperience that you want to join and that is already full and you will see a new button right below the image of the Xperience. Simply use the button to send a join request to the organizer.
Accepted Join Requests
As soon as the organizer accepts your join request, you will of course receive a notification. You will also find the Xperiences in your profile, together with all the other Xperiences you’ve already joined.
How about the organizer?
Wondering what the feature looks like from the organizer’s perspective? As an organizer, you will be informed as soon as you have any pending requests. You will receive a push notification, an update in the activity tab, and will also see the requests in the Xperience itself. In your Xperience, you can also see all your join requests all at a glance. There you can either accept the requests or reject them. Once you have accepted the request, the person is automatically added to the activity and you don’t have to do anything else.
